M is for mindset. TE Instructional Coaches maintain and foster growth mindsets in themselves and in the teachers they support. This belief that people’s most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for jaw-dropping results.

 N is for new teachers. TE Instructional Coaches support new teachers whether they are new to the profession, new to their content area or new to the organizations where they teach. TE will coach them to excellence!

 O is for Opportunities. TE Instructional Coaches believe in the opportunities that are available when students are taught by highly effective teachers.  These opportunities include fostering habits of academics, character and work habits that will afford students choices in universities, professions and life choices that build a better tomorrow as they advance educational equity and social justice.
